change voicemail settings on iphone 4

When I access my voicemail from a different phone I am stuck with a lengthy process of listening to -- voicemail received at [TIME] from [TELEPHONE NUMBER] -- I just want to skip the TIME and TELEPHONE NUMBER part and just get the message.

Verizon told me they don't know how. They sure DO know how to bill me though.
