Q: I accidentally set my iphone to Japanese (don't ask). Can someone walk me through changing it back to English before I just restore the original settings?

I accidentally set my phone to Japanese while messing with my emoji keyboard app and can't figure out how to change it back to english.  Can someone walk me through changing it back? Or do I need to just restore the original settings?
