I have shared my itunes music between 2 computers, however some of the songs say "not authorized to play on this computer", however I have repeatedly gone through the steps to authorize, and indeed it comes back that I have authorized this computer.

How do i get the few songs in my library to be "authorized to play" when all the other ones are. I have tried doing them individually, NOT WORKING This is on my home laptop. All of the songs play on one computer but some not on the other.

Find the songs that don't work -- one at a time. Right-click on the song in iTunes and do a "Get Info" On the summary tab, look at the account name field. That's critical -- is that account authorized on your computer?

That's the issue.
