Syncing iPhone calendar with google calendar

Here's what I want to do:

I want to synch my iPhone calendar with iCal on my MacBook Pro, so I can enter or delete an event on either, and it shows up on bothne,

Once that is done, I want the same with google calendar.

Basically, I want all of them to be synced together so I can make changes on any one and have it show up over all three.

If there is an alternative way to do this using an app of some sort, I'm willing to try. So far my entire calendar is on iPhone, and the other two are empty.
