im using iphone 4s and it was previosly having operation system ios 5 and maps was too good in that but now in ios 6 im very much disopointed bcoz there is showing no location but only the street names thats it... And nothing... Whenever i search any location near my place to find direction there are always two error msges that "direction cant find out between these locations" and "no location found" . This problems was not with ios 5.1 .

iOS 6 introduced a new Maps app from Apple. The Google/Apple licensing expired. There are some other map apps in the App store if you would like to look at them if the native app does not suit you.

But is there no possibility to bring back that old maps in my iphone again?? Bcoz i liked it too much as it was showing me all the location and directions... It was best as comaperd to google maps and other applications
The old maps was Google maps! You can open Google maps in Safarit and save it to your homepage if you want. There is no possibility of bringing back Google maps, not at this time.

Apple maps is a poor replacement for google maps - but we are hopeful google will release an app soon

Yes, the safari compromise is not really a good solution to the removal of google maps unfortunately - but since apple doesn't provide integration to public transport this is the only option you have for global navigation in one app

I have already installed maps+ in my ohone but im not getting how to find out the distance between two locations.. And how to find out route??? Can u help me with it??
it may not work with directions since they have ran out of requests. See the description update in the app store.
your best bet is to just use the google maps using safari then.

iOS 6 native maps is not even beta quality. When I got a location not found I cut and paste it into my browser search. Google always finds it a and links to google maps. This solution works 100% for me without I stalling an app while I wait for the Google maps app.
