Issues connecting to the Grace Media Database

I disabled my A-V software and still have the same issue: "An error occured in the query subsystem." uploading CD data and no track information for my daughter's Rascal Flatts CD - "The song names for this CD could not be found online."

Yes. After entering the information into iTunes, I select the CD then Advanced menu > "Submit CD Track Names...". As for the no titles found, when I insert a CD into my computer I get the message.the names cannot be found online.

Are you able to upload data to the Grace Media Database? Do you mind trying a CD you know has the correct data, just to make sure the database is working?

Can it be a Bonjour issue? At one time I disabled it to free memory on my antiquaeted system. I figured the reinstall would install it. I will check that and reboot if it needs installed / enabled.

iPod helper service and bonjour are both running. I haven't rebooted since install though so will try that later. I have to leave for work now. Thanks for all your help.

I have tried removing all traces of iTunes / Apple software, multiple reboots, multiple CDs, rebuilding my library, disabling my A / V software and running the iTunes diagnostics. I have not had success getting this to work.

I have found multiple requests for help going back to 2007 on this same issue. Never has Apple responded to a single instance I have found.

Still iTunes does not upload to Gracenote nor find song names for CD's I feel are likely to be there.

Frustrating.

I forgot. I also reset my iPod to ensure nothing was wrong there. It reset fine and resync'd my library fine.

Please post your solution if you had this issue. I do not have trouble with my Internet connection otherwise.

Found the answer to how to check Gracenotes content . We no longer can check.
