Hi Guys,
I have recently had my laptop stolen, therefore lost all my music etc.
I have a third generation 40GB iPod with most of the music on it (ripped from CD's etc.)
Is there anyway I can transfer the mp3's from this iPod to my new computer? Just so I can transfer it to my new iPod touch.
It's going to be a pain having to buy all the mp3's.

Well first of all you need to download the newest version of iTunes. Then sign in to iTunes, click the Store tab at top and click "authorize this computer". Now try transfering purchases. You can sync your new iPod touch and get all your mp3's.
Is there any way to transfer my music from my iPod to my iTunes without the original MP3's as my Laptop was stolen.
