I did a clean installation of Mountain Lion in my 2010 Macbook Pro and now I need to pay for iPhoto or Garage Band in the App Store, Why?

What I suppose to do to recover the applications of iLife?

MacBook Pro (13-inch Mid 2010), OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.2)

Log into the App Store with the Apple ID that you used to set up your machine. The apps will be on your Purchases list. Accept them and then download them.

Thank you for your answer, but i log into the App Store and no iLife applications appear, and if i try to download, i have to pay 13€ for each one, my macbook is registered, but i don't know if a should do the same with iLife, anyway i bought my MacBook in Spain and now i'm living in England, so I haven't the installation disks, Any idea of I can do? Cheers.
