Script login hook for automatically assign admin right

I need an individual that can assist in the successful setup of a login script/hook for a Mac Server using Workgroup Manager to manage Mac clients.

I have successfully created and added the script to Workgroup Manager, but am having difficulty making it run on a client at login. This is on a system running Lion server that has been fully updated and the clients are running Lion as well.

This script should activate the admin right for the users and mount some network share

Again, the script is ready, but it fails to run at login.
