I just got an Iphone 5 and some of the preinstalled apps I have no use for such as Stocks, and such. Is their a way to remove these apps?

Native apps cannot be removed from the iPhone. If there are apps that you do not want to use or see, you have the option of setting restrictions in settings, or you can just put them into a folder on the last page of your apps to keep them somewhat hidden from view.
IT says in the licence that we can delete the preinstalled apps anytime we wish
Some apps are built into iOS - they cannot be removed.
Some Apple apps available on the App Store come installed on new phones - or "preinstalled" - they can be removed.
Sometimes these terms get used as though they mean the same. Simple rule - if you set the apps wiggling, the ones you can remove will have the X in the corner; the ones you can't...won't! (and there is no way to remove those).
