iPhone 4s won't let me connect to wifi?

My iPhone won't let me connect to the wifi, its greyed out and won't let me put it on. It was fine yesterday and changed today. I have tried everything from restarting the phone, resetting the network settings to restoring it on iTunes. Nothing has worked and I don't know what else I can try. Please help 🙂
