I'm afraid there isn't really anything you can do. You posted an episode today, and you wouldn't expect that to show up yet, but your episode of 8th November hasn't turned up in the Store. The Store does go through slow patches sometimes and I'm afraid you've probably just hit one, and it's a question of waiting for it to catch up.
Incidentally your podcast is in the Store twice:
using feeds at
respectively. The feed appear to be identical.

There's no way of knowing what's going on in the Store. It's not three weeks, of course, it's ten days, and though this is longer than usual it's not unknown. I'm afraid that there is nothing you can do about it. As far as I can see there is nothing wrong with your feed.
