HT201436 I have a new IPhone 5. Changed accounts from ATT to Verizon. I am not receiveing voicemails or calls currently. My voice mail on the cell says my mail box is full and there are no messages on my phone in the voicemail section. any suggestions?

I purchased a new IPhone5 and switched providers from ATT to Verizon. I kept my same #. since changing my voicemail mailbox says it is full and cannot take messages. My voicemail mailbox on the screen shows no messages. Additionally I am not receiving calls. Thoughts?
