Can some one help me how to reset my iCloud sooner than 90 days waiting period.

If you're talking about automatic downloads, you can "reset" this. Once you enable automatic downloads for an ID it can't be changed to another for 90 days.
I did try to Change it but it won't let me. It's not highlighted. Message says that my phone is still restoring since Sunday. I have submitted a ticket ready. But it's kind of frustrating coz I can't access my contacts. When they text or call me I have to ask who they are? But thanks for your help.
