Please help me, Power Mac wont boot

Hi all,

my power mac late 2004 wont start up. The monitors stays dark, so mac dont activate them. The power mac have a reaction when I push power button, but nothing happens too the monitors (monitors work with another mac). Then after maybe 2 minutes the fan starts working more and more, and in an unormal way.

I did bring another mac, and tried to connect the power mac to it with firewire and target mode, but I only got connected with a lacie harddrive connected to the power mac, and not the power mac HD.

I use it for music production, and Ive waited with updates and stayed on earlier DAW to keep the mac strong, and I know buying a new Mac Pro also makes me need to buy new DAW and other updates of equipments and I cant afford it right now. So im very very frustrated cause im in the middle of a project.

Can someone please help me? Any idea whats wrong?

Its on Tiger 10,4,11

Thanks!
