iPad Mini 4G?

Hello everyone,

A few quick questions what's the general feel of the new iPad Mini? Is it good... I've heard mixed things and its not retina display?

Also... Is it 4G ready? The UK only has EE at the minute and does this new iPad Mini have 4G?

Also, I have apps in my iTunes account that say iPhone / iPad? If i've brought these apps for iphone will they automatically transfer to the iPad Mini?
