Error whilst installing osX 10.6.3
Was trying to install osx 10.6.3 from retail cd and i got the error "nessacery support files not found" and fails, same if i attempt too boot from usb? any ideas?

Sounds like the disk is defective, call Apple via phone (only) and order a new one.
