i bought an app numbers for icloud but i dont have installed in my computer yet do i have upgrade for installed in my macbook?

If you bought the Numbers app from iTunes then that is for iOS devices (iPad, iPhone, iPod Touch). If you want to use Numbers on your Mac computer then you need to buy and install the version from the Mac App Store
