Q: When i tried activating my iphone 3GS on itunes it says "There is no SIM card installed in the iphone you are trying to activate. Please disconnect and insert a SIM card in the iphone." thing is...my SIM card is in the iphone.

When i tried activating my iphone 3GS on itunes it says "There is no SIM card installed in the iphone you are trying to activate. Please disconnect and insert a SIM card in the iphone." thing is...my SIM card is in the iphone. I don't know what to do.

Reseat the sim anyway. Press the home & power buttons for around 10 seconds so that the phone reboots. If there is still a problem I'd take it back to the store.
