Is there a work around for Address Book/iSync some fields don't sync issue?

I just bought a brand new iPhone 5 only to find out that "some fields" from Address book don't sync - some fields like the phone numbers!!!!!!

Is there a work around for this? The whole point of getting the thing was so I could stop inputting this kind of thing manually.
