Safari quits unexpedly

Hi,

I'm a graphic designer registered with a popular design contest website. To browse new contests you click on browse. I never had issues browsing until a few weeks ago. It happens intermittently(one day it works the next it doesn't) When I click on the Browse button it brings up the browse window and then Safari quits and I get this message "The application Safari has quit unexpectedly." A few months ago they changed their browsing section on the site and made it more extensive with filters for finding contests in specific industries etc. Any help with this is greatly appreciated!

Thanks, micnickel

If the information in your profile is accurate, then you're using a browser that's years out of date and will be incompatible with many current sites.

The newest OS a PPC Mac can run is 10.5, but you may have trouble finding a copy. Try Apple phone sales first. Avoid eBay. You need a retail DVD with a leopard silkscreened on it, not a gray OEM disc.

The problem with your other Mac isn't necessarily the same. I suggest you start another thread to address it, if you can't find a solution by searching the site.
