My music appeared no problem both when connected wirelessly and with 3G - now I updated my phone this week and now they only appear when I am connected to the internet. Any ideas??
iPhone 4S, iOS 6.0.1
Go to Settings>iTunes & App Stores and make sure Use Cellular Data (at the bottom) is set to On.
Edit: iTunes Match only downloads music when you have an internet connection. I assume you meant that it wasn't working when you aren't connected to wifi (i.e., over cellular).
