Can you add more memory to iPad?

You cannot add memory to an iPad (or iPhone).

Your post title and questions are different. You cannot change the hardware configuration of the ipad, so you cannot add anything internally.

You already have icloud, itunes, your computer for storage. Depends on what you are trying to store and how you want to access it.

GrumpyGator is correct. This is why I always go for the biggest configuration (as far as memory goes) when ordering, and nowadays with all the cloud services available, I don't think you'll have a problem. I prefer Dropbox to iCloud for photo/video storage.
