I have tried a number of things to find them to no avail!
Here is where I think it should be from looking at other threads
iWeb is not listed in my Library and as you can see from above I looked in iLife, however it is not listed there either.
MacBook Pro, Mac OS X (10.7.2)
Choose Go to Folder from the Finder's Go menu and provide ~/Library/Application Support/iWeb/ as the path.

now you are looking to main Library folder instead of your user Library folder.
Doesn't work.

add ~ before /Library

If you want to make the library permanently visible (until the next system updater is run) do this:
NOTE: In Lion and Mountain Lion the Home/Library folder is now invisible. To make it permanently visible enter the following in the Terminal application window: chflags nohidden ~/Library and hit the Enter button - 10.7: Un-hide the User Library folder.

(without ~) worked. And thank you for the nohidden flag tip.
