I sent my phone into apple to get it repaired after an accidental dropping but they won't do it since it's not under warranty. Is there anywhere else I can go to get the screen on my iPhone 4 repaired.

In my area shops charge from $80 to $120 to just replace the front assembly, most charge in the $120 range. At Apple it will cost $149 but you will get a perfect replacement iPhone 4 exactly like yours, with an new battery and everything functioning perfectly like new, and it also will come with a 90 day warranty, the nice oleophobic coating on the screen, and the special hard glass (so called Gorilla Glass) which is harder to scratch and break, but as you know can still scratch and definitely breaks.

Apple does not repair phones, they replace them. If it's an iPhone 4, an out of warranty replacement will cost you $149.
If the phone was jailbroken, hacked, or otherwise modified, or if it was opened or repaired by a third party, they won't touch it.

Warranties for most every product do not cover damage. Warrnaties are for manufacturer defects.
Make an appointment at the genius bar to buy an Out of Warranty replacement.
