Movies in ITunes
Why are some movies not accessible in certain countries like The Netherlands, but are in the States? Can I buy these at he US store and how?

Becasue whomever owns the distribution rights to those movies in the Netherlands does not allow itunes to sell them.

No. You cannoy use other countries itunes stores.
