Hey guys,
I want to take over the managment of my website from my webdesigner (probably using HTML or some other tradition means of design).
I want to make a few design changes (tap positions, colors, etc) and generally keep the site up to date from month to month.
Is it possible to transfer the code from the current site files, into iWeb and then manage the site, graphically with iWebs interface?

iWeb cannot import published files so you would have to create a completely new site.

Sure you can add web apps etc to iWeb sites by importing code right?!
There is no way iWeb can open and use published HTML files. You must start from scratch and recreate the site as Roddy has already pointed out.
However, Chapter 2.3 on the iWeb FAQ.org site has tips on using some of the existing files, image, audio, video, etc., from the published site in the creation of the new site.
