Any way to add tickets manually to Passbook?

I promise I did a search both in the Apple forums and on the net. Couldn't find the answer, although I'd have to guess I'm not the first to ask.

Basically, I bought tickets to a Ticketmaster concert from someone off Craigslist. From what I understand, to add the tickets to Passbook I would need to use the Ticketmaster app and go through the record of my transactions there. Obviously though, in this type of case Ticketmaster would not have a record of the transaction. Is there any way to manually add the tickets purchased through a third party to Passbook?
