i just got the iphone5 and on my icloud it is showing my old iphone4 and my new one. I got my contacts and pics from the old phone but no apps or ringtones!!?? help

How do I do that? When I cut the new phone on it asked for my icloud info. I typed it in.
During the initial setup you were given the option to restore to an iCloud backup (see image below). If you didn't do that, you'll have to start over by going to Settings>General>Reset and tapping Erase All Content and Settings. This will erase the phone and bring you back to the setup screens again. This time choose the option to Restore to iCloud Backup as shown below. Be sure your phone is connected to your wifi and your charger as this will take some time to complete.
