how can find my iphone if it is not connected to internet

well i lost my iphone4s in the evening and it is not connected to internet.
is there any possiblity to find my iphone where it is located.

Try calling it from another phone, or use a service such sa Skype or Facetime which will cause it to ring.
If you lost it on the street somewhere there isn't a way to find it if it isn't connected to the Internet.
