I do not see my phone number in iMessage/Receive At or in Facetime, but my email (Apple ID) only though I have updated my phone number in my apple account, contact list, apple store, my Phone number in the Settings,... but that doesn't help. Neither can I see Caller ID. Please help me out


In addition, I can only activate iMessage/Facetime via email only, not SMS since I will face the issue of "Waiting for activation". I have seen many people raising this issue and many solutions recommended but none of them can help me out.
