iPhone won't play some songs

I recently upgraded my iPhone to version 6.0.1 and now it won't play some songs; however, those same songs will play on my ipad and PC. The ipad has also been upgraded to the newest version of iOS. These same songs will play on my wife's iPhone which is running iOS 6. I've tried deleting the songs from library and redownloading but that didn't work. Any ideas?

iPhone 4S, iOS 6.0.1
