White Screen of Death?

So I was just browsing Google Chrome today, when suddenly, my screen turned white. I have tried holding down the power button, and would prefer not to have to pay money to fix this. Specs:

Mac Book Pro 2009 13" lowest specs

OSX Snow Leopard

Google Chrome latest version as of today

I can provide more info if anyone needs it. Also, this is not on login, incase you didn't catch that before.
