Q: Why can't I access my Photo Stream from Apple TV? The new agreement confirmation does not pop up in iPad settings.

I am no longer able access my Photo Stream from my Apple TV. I am also unable to follow the instructions to accept a new user agreement, as non is presented in my settings.
