I have FCP X in my system and i bought both FCP and compressor from App store. Recently my FCP was updated and I found that the share option for compressor was missing. There was a suggestion on the net to reinstall compressor again by removing it and redownloading it from purchase page. but now it hangs at 230 mb

in spotlight search, compressor throws up 'app download 302 kb' while there is no data for qmaster

now i shall try the uninstall again

i tried running the unistaller and it say 0 files found

downloading from purchase page says 'an error has occured, please try downloading from purchase page'

am unable to find a delete option to that file in spotlight. everytime i click on it, it brings me to purchase page and there is no rightclick option except 'hide purchase'

how do i remove incomplete downloads?
