How do you transfer addresses from Mac Address book vcards to Excel

I am trying to transfer a list made from my Mac Address book into Excel? I would like to know how to do that?

Mac Pro, Mac OS X (10.7.5)

Do you have the iWork app Numbers? Open Contacts, select the names you want to export, the drag them directly into an open Numbers spread sheet. From Numbers you can export into Excel.

There are many free converters available, Google vCard to CSV

I tried your suggestion, but when I drag a group of names over, the only info that shows up in the numbers spreadsheet are last name, first name, phone, and email. How can I get all the info to get into numbers?
