How do I get home sharing to work after doing everything that the support page says?

AppleTV 2, Mac OS X (10.6.8), IMac 27, 3.06 Core 2 Duo, 4 GB RAM

OK...I finally called tech support. They had me log off/delete my GUEST network and assign everything including the Apple TV to a LOCKED network and everything is working GREAT. I could not understand how I could purchase TV shows, movies, etc. but could not see/listen to the content in my iTunes library (which is the reason I bought the Apple TV).


Now that everything is working, I am very happy!
