Can't activate WiFi anymore

For a week now I can't activate my WiFi on my iPod Touch 4th Gen anymore.

Whenever i try to go to the settings it just crashes and i return to the homescreen.

Sometimes I can see the Setting for barely a few seconds before it crashes. The WiFi looks like it's grey and can't be activated.

I tried resetting, rebooting and restoring my network settings but nothing worked.

Anyone ever experienced that?

Thx in advance for your replies.

Try:

- Reset the iOS device. Nothing will be lost

Reset iOS device: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at

least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.

- Reset all settings

Go to Settings > General > Reset and tap Reset All Settings.

All your preferences and settings are reset. Information (such as contacts and calendars) and media (such as songs and videos) aren’t affected.

- Restore from backup. See:

iOS: How to back up

- Restore to factory settings/new iOS device.

iOS: How to back up your data and set up as a new device

- Make an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store.

Also

iOS: Wi-Fi or Bluetooth settings grayed out or dim

If not successful, an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store is usually in order.
