I have the new 7th gen nano, and I have a 11.4 GB of "other" stuff. Any tips on how to get rid of the other stuff?

I have no idea how it got there since the only things I have saved on there are music, a few music videos, and some fitness app data (like 4 workouts worth). It's not letting me add anything else at all to the ipod.

Where can I find a copy of that? Like if I were to completely delete everything on my ipod, what would I do to go about restoring my songs?

Also I have a theory that one of the videos on my ipod is causing all the other stuff. However, I can't delete videos off my ipod (see https://discussions.apple.com/thread/4052068?answerId=20313736022#20313736022&ac_cid=tw123456#20313736). Is there any way i can get the music from the backup but not the videos?

I sync everything using itunes, but my music is almost all imported from my (mostly illegal) music library that is on my computer only (windows media player).

Also I restored as you said and now the other stuff is only .1 GB, which is great. However it takes a while to reformat everything, and I haven't figured out what it is that caused the other stuff to appear in the first place.
