is bad tv come with fc?
im working at a friends and one of his computers has it installed and one doesnt. is it a third party effect/plug in?

In FCP-7, should be in Effects > Video Filters > Stylize > Bad TV.

not there. is there a spot i can download it and bad film?
found this for the filter bundle, but didnt work.
If you don't have Bad Tv, I'm guessing you don't have anything else in Stylize. In which case, I'd return to GO and reinstall from the disks.
