I bought an iPad mini, and it's turn out that there is small white scratch at the bottom left of the corner of the body. and I applied for service repair from apple support already, the question is will apple replace my iPad ? ( I just bought the ipad mini on 13th november 2012)

Where did you purchase it? Thats the first place to start, to see if your elligible for a refund/exchange, since you're within the 14 day return term. If you sent it in for service, then you'll most likely get a replacement, not a new ipad.
I purchase it in Japan from an electronic department store, and I'm currently still residing in Japan. what do you mean by most likely will get replacement but not a new ipad?
If you sent it in for service, then it will most likely be treated as needing service. Thats why you should contact the store where you purchased it. Depending on wether the scratch was on the ipad right out of the box, or due to the user.
ah, I see. Actually the store said if anything happen (product defect, etc), they told me contact the apple care not the store. But I think I should contact the apple support again to make sure. Thanks, GrumpyGator 🙂

You should forget about that tiny scratch and start enjoying the iPad.
Sometimes I think like that too, but I apply for the repair service from the apple care online, and I couldn't find the "cancelation" button. how do I cancel the service repair? (In case I want to cancel) should I call the apple service and support?
It will cancel itself eventually if you do nothing, but you can call applecare and have them cancel it.
If the store where you purchased it is convienent I would still:
Ask to to see the stores return/refund policy.
The store should be responsible for any returns or refunds that fall within there own guidlines.
Apple's return policy:
Try and send support a cancellation email making reference to your request for service.
