If i make change from @me to z@ icloud Will it change my apple ID signin from @me automatically or do I need to continue the original?

Your iCloud Apple ID will stay the same. The @icloud account is tied to the existing ID. Also, email sent to either your @me address or @icloud accress will be routed to your existing icloud email inbox.
