iPhone 4S Will not sync after step 2 on iTunes.

Hey guys. I just purchased a new iPhone 4S, unlocked for T-Mobile and jailbroken. Everything is working fine until I tried to sync ringtones, apps, and photos on it. It will not get pass step 2. Once it hits step 3, which is "Determining apps to sync", it stops syncing entirely. I have no idea what's going on. My iPhone is backed up with my computer, not iCloud. I can sync music but not apps, ringtones, photos. I have re-installed iTunes and did a hard-reset on my iPhone. Still no luck. Any help please?
