hi,
The microphone is not working on regular mode, I thougth for a moment that I mute it by mistake but when I switch to speaker mode, it works fine.
I tried also to record my voice, but it didn't capture anyvoice.
Any idea if it SW problem or HW problem, or what can be done?

The way to decide if SW or HW is to Restore iPhone Firmware with iTunes on computer. See if fixed. If still problem points very strongly to Hardware Error. Since iPhone 5 has full Warranty make Genius reservation, and take to Apple for resolution.
