Nov 18, 2012 4:13 AM in response to GuiguiS3by clintonfrombirmingham,What application are you using to open the .cr2 files? I use Photoshop or Lightroom to open RAW files on my machine - they should also natively import into iPhoto if you wish.

Nov 18, 2012 4:29 AM in response to GuiguiS3by clintonfrombirmingham,Here's a list of all cameras supported under 4.01 - is yours on the list? If it works on your iMac, it should work on your rMBP. You might want to post in the Aperture forum.

Nov 18, 2012 4:37 AM in response to clintonfrombirminghamby GuiguiS3,after this update even the finder and quick view can run the g15 cr2 that works on the imac.
but the 4.01 update package install doesn't work on the mbp retina 13. that weird.
So thanks a lot for your replies.
