Q: What do I do if iTunes says my digital copy code was already used?

I bought the 5-disc combo of Avengers, but the digital copy says the code has already been used! How do I get my digital copy?? That's the only reason I got the 5-disc set. I don't need the 3D, DVD, or even the music. I just wanted the blu-ray and digital copy.
