I already bought the in app purchase for the game Monster Warlord by Gamevil and i did not receive any of the jewel until now.. i already send a report to the developer but they did not reply for my case.. what should i do?

As the topic above. My accout already deducted $49.99 for the purchase but I did not get any of the jewel.. Please help me..
