After downgrading from Mountain Lion to Snow Leopard, if I restore from SuperDuper, will it upgrade the OS back to Mountain Lion? Quick reply would be awesome. I have tried with Time Machine and it keeps updating the OS back to Mountain Lion when I restore...

If you cloned your hard drive with SuperDuper before downgrading, then it will obviously copy back the installation it copied.

Not possible unless you have a copy of an earlier clone.

You can also copy your data manually, but note that you'll have to reinstall your programs
