i set up my iphone a couple times already and i cant move past it

I was having some issues with my phone before and called Verizon to see what they can do. However they said i would have to do a hard reset to my phone and see if the problem presists before they can move further. I did the hard restore and I plugged it back to my computer and I did the restore from my iphone with the "set up you iphone" page on itunes. I can't seem to get past that page though, It keeps putting me on that step and I cant sync my music or apps back to my iphone. What should I do?
