Q: Copying a newly purchased movie (from DVD to computer) using a redeem code

When trying to redeem a movie (from DVD to computer) using a redeem code, I get an error message indicating I do not have enough access priveleges and to check DVD for dirt, damage, etc. and try again.  Same message the next time.  Any sugestions?
